Job summary

Spectrum is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and promote Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions. You will visit assigned leads, assess customer needs, and present compelling proposals to drive conversions and loyalty.

This role emphasizes outdoor work, strong English communication, and the ability to travel. A valid driver’s license and a commitment to meeting targets are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must have a valid driver''s license, car insurance, driving record, and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and work outdoors in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum's solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities within your territory and communicate relevant information to your manager.
