Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and grow our residential customer base through face-to-face engagements. You will present Spectrum’s high‑speed data, mobile, and TV services and tailor proposals to each prospect.

This role requires travel, evenings and weekends, a valid driver’s license, and a drive to exceed targets. The compensation combines a base salary with incentives, with total earnings surpassing six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and communicate relevant information to your manager.
