Job summary

Biogen seeks a Manager of Field Technology to empower US Commercial Field Teams with Veeva CRM, delivering user-centric improvements and leading cross-functional initiatives. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and manage field technology projects end-to-end.

You will oversee training content, CRM utilization analysis, and the field service desk, generating insights for stakeholders and driving adoption of new tools and platforms across the field.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years biotech/pharma or commercial operations experience.
• 1-3 years of experience with CRM systems and Excel.
• Detail oriented with a strong track record of executing projects.
• Ability to analyze in-depth and present high-level results clearly.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage continuous improvement projects to enhance usability, adoption, and satisfaction with Veeva CRM.
• Lead cross-functional projects for deployment and adoption of field technology and enablement platforms.
• Ensure field technology training is conducted and identify gaps via analysis.
• Oversee field service desk to address issues quickly and correctly.
• Create comprehensive reports and derive actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot large technology issues and manage without authority.
