About This Role

The Manager of Field Technology supports the US Commercial Field Teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience with Biogen’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool. They will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver innovative technology for launch products, as well as lead continuous improvement projects for existing products. They are responsible for delivering cross-functional projects and complex investigational analysis. This role is also accountable for maintaining training content and measuring the satisfaction and utilization of field users with Veeva CRM. This role exists to ensure digital tools are strategically rolled out and used to their fullest extent.

What You Will Do

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this role is: $117,000.00-$156,750.00 Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
