Biogen, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, CRM & Field Platforms to lead the North America CRM strategy and governance for Biogen's customer engagement ecosystem.

You will own Veeva CRM and related field technologies, shaping multi-year roadmaps and ensuring scalable, compliant solutions across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and Patient Services. You will collaborate with stakeholders, IT, Digital, Data & AI, and external partners to drive AI-enabled workflows, intelligent engagement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech or healthcare tech with CRM leadership.
• Proven experience in CRM transformation and large cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and evolution of CRM and field platforms for North America.
• Own Veeva CRM strategy, roadmap, and multi-year platform initiatives.
• Drive data integration, automation, and AI-enabled workflows across functions.
• Partner with IT, Data & AI, Compliance, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage platform governance, releases, and adoption to improve user experience.
