Biogen in Cambridge, MA is seeking a strategic leader to serve as Head of Commercial CRM & Customer Engagement Excellence for North America. You will shape the enterprise CRM vision, drive the roadmap for Veeva CRM/Vault and related marketing tools, and enable field teams with best-in-class capabilities and insights.

You will partner across Marketing, IT, Data & Analytics, Compliance and Brand to deliver scalable solutions, improve HCP engagement, and elevate customer experience while guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in pharma/biotech.
• 4+ years with Veeva CRM, including Field Commercial modules; experience with Veeva Vault/PromoMats/Align/Data Cloud preferred.
• Proven track record leading CRM transformations and omnichannel programs.
• Partner with IT and Data teams to deliver integrated, scalable technology.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise CRM strategy across Field Commercial aligned with business goals.
• Define and manage the roadmap for Veeva CRM (Commercial), Vault, and marketing tech.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment of CRM capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI to enhance field effectiveness and omnichannel engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Data teams to enable field tools for campaigns.
• Ensure CRM integrations with data platforms, content systems, and analytics environments.
• Drive continuous improvement of field tools, reporting, and insights.
• Lead change management, training, and governance for CRM initiatives.
• Establish data standards and governance for CRM usage.
• Enhance field communications for compliant access to materials.
