Job summary

Biogen seeks a strategic Associate Director to own CRM and Field Platform strategy for North America, shaping the engagement ecosystem and leading Veeva CRM adoption across Commercial, Medical, Market Access and Patient Services.

You will guide a multi-year roadmap, manage platform governance, and collaborate with IT, Digital, and Compliance to drive AI-enabled workflows and transformational improvements for customer engagement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/commercial operations technology experience.
• Minimum 5+ years leading CRM platforms or field technology organizations.
• Deep expertise with Veeva CRM and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead North America CRM and Field Platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Act as business owner for Veeva CRM and related field technologies.
• Build multi-year roadmaps aligned with commercial and enterprise priorities.
• Establish platform governance balancing innovation, scalability, and compliance.
• Drive adoption and optimization of CRM workflows and data capture across teams.
