Biogen is seeking a Manager of Field Technology to support US Commercial Field Teams with Veeva CRM, delivering a best-in-class user experience and leading cross-functional projects.
You will deploy new field technology, oversee training and analytics, manage the field service desk, and translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements to improve adoption and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of working experience in biotech/pharma or commercial operations.
- Experience with CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce) and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage continuous improvement projects to enhance Veeva CRM usability and adoption.
- Lead cross-functional projects for field technology deployment and enablement platforms for US Commercial field teams.
- Ensure field technology training is conducted and identify gaps with existing tech through analysis.
- Oversee field service desk resources to address issues quickly and accurately.
- Create comprehensive reports and derive actionable insights from data for stakeholders.
- Assist with troubleshooting large technology issues without authority.
