T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician to cover the Greater Tulsa, Oklahoma area. The role spans technical support, project coordination, and operational tasks to maintain network performance.

Responsibilities include outage resolution, project updates, and process improvements while collaborating with senior staff. Expect on-call duties, flexible hours, and continuous learning in a dynamic telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
• Area studies include Vocational/Technical Training or related field.
• 2-4 years - Field Operations and maintenance experience.
• 2-4 years - Wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management.
