Job summary

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, with 2–4 years in Field Operations or wireless telecom; electronics knowledge is essential.

• Electronics knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to maintain and improve network performance.
• Manage small projects and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for maintenance and repair activities.
• Develop job aids, scopes of work, and documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to stay current with systems and standards.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
