Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician in Tulsa, Oklahoma to maintain and improve network performance across a broad site portfolio. You will apply technical knowledge of RAN, backhaul, and mobility systems while coordinating with other engineers and operations teams.

This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, project support, and a readiness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as part of an on-call rotation. Strong communication and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience required.
• 2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
