Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician to support Tulsa, OK market operations. The role covers technical support, project coordination, and maintenance to ensure network performance and reliability.

You will work with radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, and disaster recovery planning, while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence. Travel within the market is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• 2-4 years - Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years - Wireless telecommunications or other related experience.
• RF, antenna systems, microwave, and power systems knowledge.
• RAN architecture, deployment, and optimization support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
