Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to maintain and improve network performance across the Greater Tulsa area. The role blends technical support, project management, and operational tasks to ensure reliable service and network quality for customers.

You will cover a wide site area, require independent work, and collaborate with senior technicians on initiatives. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 2–4 years in field operations or wireless telecom.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
2–4 years field operations experience.
2–4 years wireless telecommunications experience preferred.
Strong RF, RAN, backhaul knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues.
Manage smaller projects or project segments with status updates.
Identify and recommend process improvements for maintenance and repair.
Develop job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior staff.
Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems and standards.
Other duties as assigned by management.
