Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Field Technician to support our Engineering & Operations team, primarily based in Philadelphia, PA, and covering Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Lehigh, Northampton counties in PA and parts of New Jersey. The role requires independence, broad wireless tech knowledge, and a balance of technical support, project work, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will handle RF, RAN, backhaul, 5G NR, and base station tasks, with strong problem-solving, communication, and computer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years field operations and maintenance experience.
• 2–4 years wireless telecom or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of RF, AAV, fiber, and network systems.
• Ability to work independently and cover large market area.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network issues and outages.
• Manage projects and deliver accurate status updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Develop job aids, scopes of work, and docs with seniors.
• Complete training to maintain knowledge of systems and standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
