Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician in the Denver metropolitan area to support network operations, maintain performance, and contribute to reliability. The role covers radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, and disaster recovery, demanding both independent work and collaboration with teammates.

You will manage small projects, provide technical support, and drive improvements across processes while adhering to safety and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience required.
• 2–4 years working in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2–4 years wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to stay current on systems, products, and standards.
• Grow skills through continuous learning and alignment with organizational values.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management.
