T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician to support our Engineering & Operations team across western Maryland, the West Virginia Panhandle, and parts of Virginia and neighboring states. The role covers a mix of site maintenance, technical support, and project coordination to ensure network reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
• 2-4 years of working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years of wireless telecommunications or related experience.
• Proficient in RF transmitters, antennas, fiber, microwave, and power systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems and standards.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management.
