Job summary

Cable One is seeking a Field Technician in Lawton, OK to install service drops at homes and businesses, troubleshoot with test equipment, and verify signal levels meet standards. The role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to work overtime, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related training.
• Able to listen to customers and present solutions.
• Comfort with lifting up to 80 lbs and working in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Troubleshoot using electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools; diagnose and repair reception issues.
• Maintain proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer’s premises.
• Educate customers on new/existing equipment and suggest upgrades.
• Support company values and participate in other duties as needed.
