Cable One, Inc. is hiring a Field Technician to install and service customer drops and outlets across residential and commercial properties.

You will work with hands-on diagnostic tools, ensuring signal quality and educating customers on equipment upgrades. The role includes extensive training, a company truck, uniforms, and a strong benefits package with 20 days of PTO, medical coverage from day one, and a 401K match up to 5%.

Qualificações

• 3+ months of customer service or related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsabilidades

• Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Use electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues and diagnose and repair service drops/outlets.
• Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer’s premises.
• Educate customers on new/existing equipment and upgrades.
• Perform other duties to support company goals and values.
