Cable One is hiring a Field Technician to install and service customer service drops in homes and businesses. You’ll use electronic test equipment to diagnose issues, ensure signal levels are correct, and educate customers on equipment upgrades.

Training is extensive, with mentoring across the organization, and a company truck and uniforms are provided. The role includes a robust benefits package with PTO, immediate medical coverage, a 401(k) match, and generous tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service or related training (minimum 3 months).
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders, work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Use electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair performance issues.
• Ensure proper upstream/downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer's premises.
• Proactively suggest upgrades and educate customers on equipment.
• Perform other duties to support company goals and values.
