Cable One is seeking a Field Technician who enjoys field work, driving a company vehicle, and helping customers. You will participate in an extensive training program with one-on-one and group classes and will have mentors to guide you.

Formación

• A good driving record and a valid driver's license in the state you are applying.
• Flexibility to work overtime and on-call as needed.
• Strong problem solving; listen to customers and present solutions.
• Able to work in small/confined areas; lift up to 100 lbs.; climb ladders; work in all weather.
• At least 3 months of customer service or related experience or training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Connect our customers to what they love by installing customer service drops or outlets in both residential and business properties.
• Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair reception issues.
• Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer’s premises.
• Proactively suggest upgrades and educate customers on equipment.
• Take on other duties to support our Purpose, Brand Principles, and Values.
