Cable One is seeking a Field Technician to install customer service drops and outlets for residential and business properties. You will receive extensive training, mentorship across the company, and a company truck with tools and uniforms to support success on the road.

Competenze

• 3 months of customer service or related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or GED.

Mansioni

• Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Troubleshoot using electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools; diagnose and repair reception performance issues.
• Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer’s premises.
• Educate customers on new or existing equipment and proactively suggest upgrades.
