Level 10, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Field Technician to install, support, troubleshoot, and maintain technology infrastructure and POS systems at customer sites nationwide. This role requires heavy travel (up to 100%) and strong customer service skills.

You will work independently on large deployments, low-voltage installations, and field service initiatives, coordinating with project teams and customers to ensure successful installations and uptime.

Competenze

5+ years of field service or related tech deployment.
Experience installing structured cabling.
Strong networking fundamentals.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Must travel extensively with a valid driver’s license.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support POS systems and networking equipment.
Install and terminate CAT5e/CAT6 cabling and related hardware.
Build telecommunications closets and organize racks and patch panels.
Install and support fiber optic and copper cabling solutions.
Perform replacements, upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Conduct site surveys and assess installation requirements.
Participate in customer technology rollouts and field escalations.
Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders; assist on non-travel days.
