Level 10, LLC is seeking a Field Technician to install, support, troubleshoot, and maintain technology infrastructure and POS systems at customer sites across the United States. The role requires up to 100% travel and the ability to work independently while supporting large deployments, low-voltage installations, and field service initiatives.

The technician will install and terminate cabling, build telecommunications closets, perform site surveys, and support fiber/copper cabling solutions.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in field service or technology deployment.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting structured cabling systems.
• Strong networking fundamentals and familiarity with endpoint devices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently and travel up to 100%.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support POS systems and networking equipment.
• Install and terminate CAT5e/CAT6 cabling and related hardware.
• Build telecommunications closets and manage patch panels and cable routes.
• Perform site surveys and assess installation requirements before deployments.
• Serve as a technical resource for field escalations and project teams.
