Qualifications

• 5+ years in field service or tech deployments.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting structured cabling.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support POS systems and networking equipment.
• Install and terminate CAT5e/CAT6 cabling and data jacks.
• Build telecommunications closets with racks, patch panels, and cable management.
• Install and support fiber optic and copper cabling solutions.
• Perform equipment replacements, upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct site surveys and assess installation requirements.
• Participate in customer technology rollouts.
• Serve as a technical resource for field escalations and provide support to teams.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, cabling, and connectivity issues.
• Identify active circuits and verify operational readiness.
• Attend GC-led safety meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Escalate complex issues and update documentation; assist in non-travel periods.
