Job summary

Level 10, LLC is seeking a Field Technician in Las Vegas, NV to install, support, troubleshoot, and maintain technology infrastructure and POS systems at customer sites nationwide. Travel up to 100% and work independently while supporting large-scale deployments and low-voltage installations.

The role requires strong technical skills, customer service orientation, and ability to coordinate with field operations, project management, customers, and support teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service experience or similar in technology deployments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support POS systems and networking equipment.
• Install and terminate CAT5e/CAT6 cabling and related hardware.
• Build and organize telecommunications closets and cable management.
• Install and support fiber optic and copper cabling solutions.
• Perform equipment replacements, upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct site surveys and assess installation requirements before projects.
