Sparklight, a Cable One brand, is seeking a Field Technician to install services in residential and commercial properties, perform repairs, and relocate equipment to keep communities connected.

You will troubleshoot with RF/test equipment, ensure proper signal levels, and educate customers on new or existing equipment while proactively suggesting upgrades. You must have a valid driver's license and be able to work in various conditions.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 months of customer service or related experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call as needed.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather.

Responsabilidades

• Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Troubleshoot using RF equipment and diagnostic tools to diagnose and repair signal issues.
• Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination.
• Educate customers on new equipment and suggest upgrades.
• Take on other duties to support our Brand Principles and values.
