Job summary

Mi-Jack Products in the Memphis area is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and repair heavy lift equipment including railjacks, forklifts, welders, and service trucks in outdoor environments.

You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance, train customers and coworkers, and travel domestically and internationally to Canada as required. Strong safety mindset and the ability to read schematics are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5–10 years of service/repair experience on industrial equipment.
• Field-related certificates and endorsements are considered positively.
• Capable of reading variable schematic logic for electrical and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, diesel and mechanical systems on heavy lift equipment.
• Provide training and technical knowledge on equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Interfacing with customers and internal teams to support service.
• Evaluate and recommend necessary repairs and document work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Travel domestically and internationally to customer sites, including Canada.
