Job summary

Mi-Jack Products, Inc. in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair and maintain heavy lift equipment outdoors. You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, diesel and mechanical systems on gantry cranes, railjacks, forklifts, welders and service trucks, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Travel is extensive (75%), including international sites in Canada. Applicants should have a strong background in hydraulics and electrical systems, the ability to read

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 5–10 years in service/repair of industrial equipment
• Capable of reading variable schematic logic for electrical and hydraulics
• Field related certificates endorsed are positively reviewed

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment – electrical, hydraulic, diesel and mechanical.
• Provide training and technical knowledge on full range of equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Travel domestically and internationally to customer sites to perform service and training.
