Job summary

MI-JACK PRODUCTS is seeking a skilled field service technician to work outdoors on heavy lift equipment and perform repairs and preventive maintenance. You will troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems, provide training, and support customers at sites across the US and abroad.

The role requires 5–10 years of industrial equipment experience, willingness to travel internationally, and a strong focus on safety and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of service and repair experience on industrial equipment.
• Expert knowledge of hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Field certificates and endorsements are reviewed.
• Able to read variable schematic logic for electrical and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair heavy lift equipment in field.
• Train and provide technical knowledge on equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Interface with customers and internal teams.
• Evaluate repairs and prepare clear work orders.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
