The role includes hands‑on training, flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends), and opportunities for growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Lift up to 60 lbs and work safely with ladders and in tight spaces.
• Overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work may be required.
• Identify wire and cable colors as part of installations.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customers’ homes or businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted expert and meet customers daily.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues while delivering excellent service.
