Job summary

AT&T Installation Technicians install high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses, delivering best-in-class service. You’ll be the trusted expert, solving problems and helping customers connect what matters most to them every day.

You’ll work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, lift up to 60 lbs, and complete paid training in a collaborative team environment. This role is based in Reseda, California with typical 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Install high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer sites.
• Work independently at customers' homes and businesses.
• Troubleshoot and activate new services as needed.
