Job summary

AT&T is seeking Installation Technicians to install and activate our latest technology at customer homes and businesses. You’ll work independently as a trusted expert, meeting new people daily while solving problems and delivering outstanding service.

You'll install high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services, with ongoing paid training and career development. Weekly hours are 40, and accommodations and perks are provided as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license required.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs; ladder safety requires weighing under 275 lbs.
• Able to work at heights up to 28 ft and in small spaces.
• Willingness for overtime, on-call, and holiday work; pass pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer locations.
• Install latest technology and ensure seamless network setup for customers.
• Provide best-in-class service and solve installation or activation issues.
• Interact with customers on-site and meet new people daily.
