AT&T in Redwood City, California, seeks an Installation Technician to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer locations. You will act as a trusted expert, delivering best-in-class service and ensuring customer satisfaction on every visit.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid state driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. You’ll work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and receive extensive paid training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and operate ladders up to 28 ft.
• Valid state driver's license is required.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes or businesses.
• Represent AT&T as a trusted expert and deliver best-in-class service.
• Work independently with flexible hours and solve issues on the spot.
