Job summary

AT&T in Clearlake, California is seeking Installation Technicians to connect and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer locations. You’ll work independently in customers’ homes or small businesses as a trusted expert, ensuring service quality and satisfaction.

Typical duties include installing new lines, wiring, activation, and problem solving, with paid training provided. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Lift and move up-to 60 lbs.
• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and small businesses.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues; provide excellent customer service.
• Work safely with ladders and in confined spaces while following safety guidelines.
