Job summary

AT&T is seeking Installation Technicians to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer locations. You will work independently in customer homes and businesses, meet new people daily, and be rewarded for delivering great service.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Overtime and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, overtime.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Install state-of-the-art technology at customers’ homes and businesses.
• Activate services (broadband, Wi-Fi, voice) and ensure proper operation.
• Provide best-in-class service and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Engage with customers to deliver a positive experience.
