AT&T is hiring an Installation Technician to install and activate high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customer homes and businesses. You’ll work independently, meet new people daily, and be rewarded for quality work.

Position includes extensive training, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for career growth. Expect a 40‑hour week in the Charlotte area, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license and be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Comfort working in sometimes small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft).

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer sites.
• Meet customers and provide best-in-class service, ensuring smooth installations.
• Troubleshoot issues and complete installations on time, with safety in mind.
