AT&T is hiring Installation Technicians to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services for customers in California. You will work in customers' homes or businesses, solving problems and delivering top‑notch service.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends is required.
• Valid state driver's license is required.
• Lift up to 60 lbs and work at heights or indoors/outdoors.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment assessments and have HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer locations.
• Work independently as a trusted expert in customers' homes or businesses.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with ladder work, cabling, and activation tasks as part of field service.
