AT&T is hiring an Installation Technician to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer homes and businesses. You will work independently as a trusted expert, meeting new people daily and solving technical challenges. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, may be required.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 60 lbs. Training covers safety and ladder use; pre-employment assessment is required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid state driver's license.
• Ability to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer sites.
• Identify wire and cable colors and handle installations safely.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate technology for customers at homes and businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted installation expert.
• Meet new people daily and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends; overtime as needed.
