Job summary

MedScope Installation in the United States is seeking field technicians to install and test personal emergency response equipment in clients' homes. This 1099 contractor role lets you schedule availability, coordinate with members or caregivers, and complete work within SLA timeframes.

You'll maintain records, educate clients, handle signatures via Docusign, and comply with safety protocols. A valid driver’s license, vehicle, background checks, and good communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license, registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working email address and smartphone with basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet service level requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients.
• Delivery, initial setup and testing of personal emergency response equipment in clients' homes.
• Educate clients/caregivers on device usage, features and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls and client interactions using company software.
