Job summary

MedScope Installation is seeking a Field Technician/Installer (1099) to install and test personal emergency response systems in clients' homes. You will coordinate scheduling with members and caregivers, perform setup and educate users on device operation, while meeting SLA timelines.

Ideal candidates work independently, own a vehicle, and can complete required paperwork and safety protocols. Travel to customer homes is expected, with mileage-based compensation per trip.

Qualifications

• Must have a vehicle and provide valid driver's license, registration and auto insurance documentation.
• Willing to complete background checks and training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working email address, smartphone with voicemail and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently.
• Commitment to meeting/exceeding service level requirements.
• Field technician, cable/alarm installation experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients
• Delivery, initial setup and testing of personal emergency response equipment in clients' homes
• Educate clients/caregivers on device usage, features and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation
