Job summary

MedScope Installation in the United States seeks field technicians/installers (1099 contractors) to perform on-site setup and testing of Personal Emergency Response equipment in members' homes. You set your availability; assignments flow to you and you complete installations within SLA-driven timeframes.

Travel to member homes is required. Mileage-based pay is provided per trip with no hourly wage, and documentation via Docusign is expected during each installation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license, registration and auto insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Smartphone and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients.
• Delivery, initial setup and testing of personal emergency response equipment in clients' homes.
• Educate clients/caregivers on device usage, features and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Maintain records of installations and service calls using company software.
• Obtain signatures via Docusign and adhere to safety/regulatory policies.
