Job summary

MedScope Installation is seeking a part-time contractor to install and troubleshoot Personal Emergency Response System equipment in clients' homes across the region.

Installers set their availability, coordinate directly with members or caregivers, and complete work within SLA timelines. This role emphasizes safety, documentation, and customer education, with compensation per trip rather than hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to undergo background checks and training.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients.
• Deliver, set up and test equipment in clients' homes.
• Educate clients/caregivers on device usage and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during installation.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.
• Collaborate with support teams to assist members.
