Job summary

MedScope Installation in the United States is seeking a Field Technician/Installer to perform delivery, installation, testing and training of personal emergency response equipment in clients' homes. This independent contractor role offers flexibility and the ability to schedule availability, with SLAs driving assignments.

You will travel to member homes, complete paperwork via DocuSign, maintain records, and adhere to safety and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Willing to complete background checks and training.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working email address and smartphone with voicemail.

Responsibilities

Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients.
Delivery, initial setup and testing of personal emergency response equipment in clients’ homes.
Educate clients/caregivers on device usage, features and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
Maintain records of installations, service calls and client interactions.
Collaborate with member support and installer coordinators to provide seamless support to members.
Obtain signatures via Docusign on required paperwork during installation.
Adhere to safety protocols, regulatory requirements and company policies.
