Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our Alpharetta, GA team. You will ensure daily operation of technology applications and hardware, deliver deskside support, and perform moves/installations with a focus on VIP user service.

You will provide Level II support, document processes, and collaborate with IT functions while using ServiceNow for ticketing. Local travel may be required; a valid license and vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in end user and desktop support.
• Experience with Windows operating system, TCP/IP, DHCP, Device Manager, Registry Editor, User Manager and Admin Commands.
• VIP/White Glove support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operation of applications and equipment by identifying and resolving problems.
• Provide deskside support and knowledge transfer to end users on computer-related issues.
• Perform moves, installs, and cancellations, including MAC-related tasks.
• Provide level II support with high customer satisfaction and escalate when needed.
• Use ServiceNow to track all user requests and ensure timely ticket closures.
• Coordinate with IT teams to restore services and correct root causes.
• Assist in improving processes and document SOPs and KA updates.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with users.
