Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a field technician to install, inspect, modify, remove and service DLC devices in residential settings. You should have HVAC basics, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely while meeting customer specs. Occasional weekend travel and on-call duties may apply.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of related tech experience, with strong communication and data-entry skills to document activities, inventory, and service reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years experience in basic wiring, lighting, HVAC or related tech.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude required.
• Basic construction knowledge.
• Experience installing technologies and using tools preferred.
• Knowledge of building science or energy auditing is a plus.

Responsibilities
