Breezeline is hiring a Customer and Network Facing Technician in Aiken, SC. Under general supervision, you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain cable TV, internet, and telephony services for residential and business customers.

You will work Tuesday through Saturday, handle field service tasks, read network designs, operate test equipment, and document activities to ensure high-quality service and FCC compliance. We value safety, customer focus, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to communicate professionally.
• Good reading and interpretation of maps and design documents.
• Ability to work shift schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must pass background check and possess valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot residential and business cable services.
• Perform routine maintenance and testing on HFC/FTTH networks.
• Operate test equipment and document results.
• Interact with customers professionally and educate them on services.
