Job summary

Breezeline is seeking a Customer and Network Facing Technician in Berwick, PA. The role performs field installation, service, and repair of cable television, internet, and telephony systems on HFC and FTTH networks, ensuring high-quality service and FCC compliance.

Under general supervision, you will install and troubleshoot, test network performance, and educate customers about services while maintaining safety and accurate records. Strong customer focus and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Minimum of one year direct customer service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and diagrams.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work at heights as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, disconnect, and troubleshoot TV, Internet, and telephony for residential and business customers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of HFC and FTTH networks per standards.
• Read and interpret system/network design maps and install components per specifications.
• Drive a company vehicle, stock equipment, and coordinate with dispatch for ongoing service requests.
