Job summary

Breezeline is hiring a Customer and Network Facing Technician to install and service cable TV, high‑speed internet, and telephony for residential and business customers. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and document work on Hybrid Fiber Coax and FTTH networks, ensuring FCC compliance and high service quality.

The role requires reading maps, handling network components, and providing excellent customer education.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to install and service television, internet, telephony, and related systems.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record as required by the company.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair TV, internet, and telephony for residential and business clients.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HFC and FTTH networks per standards.
• Read and interpret system maps and install/replace network components per specs.
• Identify and repair ingress and perform end‑of‑line network testing to spec.
• Educate customers about services and promote additional company offerings.
