Job summary

Breezeline is hiring a Customer and Network Facing Technician in Miramar, FL. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing cable TV, internet, and voice services for residential and business clients.

You will troubleshoot, test, and ensure service quality across HFC and FTTH networks, while upholding FCC requirements. Under general supervision, you will handle field installations, read maps, coordinate with dispatch, and educate customers about services.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state driver’s license.
• Direct customer service experience preferred (minimum 1 year).
• PC and Windows software skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Experience or ability to operate test equipment (e.g., TV/test gear).
• Ability to work required shifts/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential and business TV, internet, and telephony services.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of HFC and FTTH networks per standards.
• Read and interpret system/network design maps and schematics.
• Carry out end-of-line network testing to meet specs.
• Document work orders and maintain vehicle and equipment.
