Job summary

WSI Technologies is seeking a hands-on Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems across customer sites in North Carolina. Hybrid role combining field visits with remote work between visits; travel up to 80–85% with a company vehicle and gas card provided.

You’ll configure servers, workstations, and recording infrastructure, manage tickets, and ensure installations meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems across desktop and server environments.
• Experience diagnosing hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with ITSM or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure systems on-site, including servers and recording infrastructure.
• Test installations and verify they meet customer requirements before sign-off.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network issues; respond to SLAs.
• Maintain service records, document steps and resolutions, and manage tickets.
